Ultra Extreme General Contracting

Ultra Extreme General Contracting started in 1997 with its 1st project of designing and completing a Commercial Finish-out project in a strip shopping center.  From 2000 to 2010 we did in-house design and construction for Ultra Tan Franchises and Consulting for others.  From 2011-2018 we transitioned more into Residential Remodeling and Repairs.  Doing many Home Remodels, Flip Renovations and working with Home Builders we kept moving more and more towards New Home Construction.  We still do have some Commercial customers.  One of our largest is UTA in Arlington were we are an approved Contractor and do many different projects.

Established as of 2018 Ultra Extreme Inc is proud to be a 4th Generation Home Builder were we strive to build quality homes.  Taking the company in this direction just made sense.  Being related to Marie Pigg, who was a well known Realtor and Builder in the Azle, Tx area, it is a way to keep her legacy going. It is not something you will hear very often but we do not build for only profit we build because it is our passion.  As a small town builder,we do not build a large quantity of houses every year because our #1 Goal is Quality.

Trammell Developments

The newest addition to the company is Developing.  Coming in 2019 will be our 1st Development of 18 acres.  10 homesites of 1.7 acres each are being developed to be used for New Home Construction.  With the completion of this project we look forward to doing many more.
